Today was the day to stay focused ✊🏾 and I had to lock in because a new workout was added and it’s a mf!

It was good!

•Jump rope
•Deadlifts (135 lbs)
•Dead bugs
•Russian twists
•leg lifts,
•planks and hip movements
•Walked with a 150 lb bag
•heavy bag work

30-35 min of stairs!!!!!! (Need heat on my body immediately lmfao)

But i finished with 10-15 min of shadowboxing, bagwork, jump rope and modified mountain climbers

Happy I did it but shout out to protein because I almost passed out today lmfao

Day 2 ✅ done

Today was my strength building and maintaining good range of motion

It consisted of:
Jump rope
Russian twists
Bird dogs
Frog crunches
Rdl’s
Squats
Bent over rows
And bag work

Exhaustion is the word but persistence is the name of the game ❤️

Then finished with
20 min of 30 sec intervals
Squats 50 lb kettle bells
Frog crunches 🐸
Russian twists
Jump rope
Bagwork

Tired but pulled through! Glad I finished!

30 min of m sprint intervals for 1 min on/off (2 min warm up walk/cool down walk)

Then lunges with 40 lb kettlebell twist, push ups with 15 Ibs dumbbells jump rope and bag work

Came late but finished strong

Done but exhausted! Finishes strong

Today consisted of bird dogs, planks, squats with 100 lb kettle bells, clean lift, squats, bag work for 45-1hr!!!!!! Please for the love of god EAT YOUR PROTIEN!!!!!!! I Am dying 😭

Bag work, core, functional muscle training, and squats !
