Completely counter productive! Heathrow intends to increase its capacity by 10 million passengers a year even before this. Government chasing after 'growth'? And not reckoning the environmental damage.

Cyclists are also blinded by oncoming car headlights, especially after dark on cycle paths next to major roads.
