A virtual program with upper limb exercise, wearable device feedback, and therapist support increased daily reach-to-grasp counts < 1 year after #stroke in this multi-site trial. This approach may help increase real-world upper limb activity post-stroke. 🧠🔄 🧠📈 🧪
