[explaining my thought-process:]
choosing to love a destructive child, being taught how to find love in pain, discomfort, learning, and remembering. A thank you to my grandma for always being patient, and for choosing to understand me as I am.

Draft I wrote last week, "Poem for Grandma / for her backyard"

Poem for Grandma
/ for her backyard

I sit in trampoline divot
letting the whirligigs slide into
my gravity.

I stick my finger into
seesaw handle-hole, into
wasp nest.

I peel all the pearls off
my grandma’s grape hyacinths
and return to her a potion.

She says,
“You keep me young,”
to a trampled flower bed
to under-the-nail stings
to the quiet pile
of her whirligigs.

She forgets the homemade flubber & clothespins
in the sun &
lets it harden into
a rock,
for her newly-empty garden.

I never go past the grape trellis.
I run between the privacy hedge and the property fence.
I eat every spiderweb.
I thump the lid of the horse trough
and it echoes, a drum.

She helps me catch
the rolliepollies under her rocks

& in our captivity
the pillbugs are starving.

architect is great but i keep running out of shell shards and having to grind more and thats been. rather annoying. so I decided to stop using it as much to avoid that issue

[silksong] the witch crest is my favorite way to play.. having a damaging heal is very awesome, i love the tempo of dealing damage while healing. & the base sword movements are great too
