He’s also mostly anti corruption. As far as the upper leadership goes he’s peak… granted he’s flawed. He does ask for consent at least… even if consenting is required for the rewards.

I ran Into the Tamriel Rebuild Kobold quest today, and was mostly satisfied. I wish to interact with more kobolds, not just the one rolling around in the mud. the Redoran Expansion is what i guess i need to wait for.
