I loved Super Mario Land 2: Six Golden Coins as a kid. I didn’t have a ton of Game Boy games, and I think the only one I still have is Pokemon Blue in my Super Game Boy

Terrible haha. I do the thing where I convince myself to edit it anyway, because I can probably fix it, only to realize I can NOT actually fix it and I’ve instead just wasted time I could have used to animate it again.

I could see this argument coming from someone who is being paid to do their passion in life and does what they absolutely love as a career. But for me? Not a chance.

The excitement of trying a code you heard about in school, knowing there was a good 70-30 chance that it was something your friend just made up. But when it DID work? I miss that excitement.
