I honestly expected to be so much more freaked out by hellraiser! but to paraphrase a letterboxd review I read, it's really just about a family that's too horny to live and then a bunch of s&m club kids show up lmao like the cenobites seem chill af highly recommend

I actually really enjoyed Hellraiser, it wasnt what I was expecting at all. The Thing was disgusting and awesome, and I haven't stopped thinking about Suspiria (the original) since I watched it!

Ive been having this experience this past year where I've been watching all the classic horror movies I was too chicken shit to watch growing up and finding out theyre not scary but just very interesting explorations of different psycho-sexual concepts
