Lovely buildings, very reminiscent of our own Brambell Building here at Bangor University which was recently Grade II listed. They call it Brutalist Architecture, but I think they're beautiful.

We don't like to brag about this (too often) but in 1976 our brand new Arts and Social Studies Library was awarded 'commended' status at the Concrete Society Awards, or rather our architects FaulknerBrowns were for putting us up! (1/4)

One for the library nerds. Everyone else, look away! When our collections are weeded - don't panic, it's a natural library process to keep our stocks fresh - they get packed and transported to the team at AnyBook who then catalogue, store and sell each item (1/2)
