The remake's soundtrack is *164 tracks* longer than the original. That's-a some-a spicy music-a ball!

It is absolutely bonkers how much love and effort the sound team poured into adding new music throughout the entirety of the game.

My best guess is this being some sorta Pikmin thing?? The way the objects move, some of the music, etc. But what a strange way to go about it if that’s the case.

I’m guessing just a Pikmin Bloom thing? Or just more animated shorts for their own sake??

Halloween Tree (2020) 🎃🍬

There's a handful of tunes I still prefer in the original, and I think they went a bit too ham with the electric guitar here and there.

But, gosh *dang,* the remake soundtrack as whole is such a sky-high achievement to me. Music is one department Paper Mario has consistently hit home runs in.

A new main battle theme in every chapter! A theme for every partner! SO many new tunes for story scenes and characters. Goobers as obtuse as Wonky and Grifty - who some players may never even *speak* to - got their own unique themes. They 'didn't have to go so hard,' as the kids say.
