Steve Peters' training regime is CRAZY! Soooo little active time.
Surely this could only work for sprinters? And even then!

This lovely sculpture is from 6,000 years ago. Looks amazingly contemporary but probably because we 'reinterpret' the figurine as a woman in bathing suit, with shades, shivering a bit as she gets out of the pool. Whereas it's more likely a naked woman with beautiful blue eyes 😊

Bought this book as I thought I'd like to get some kind of insight into category theory. But even with 2 maths degrees (albeit a long time ago) I have zero chance with this.
