I'm really enjoying your writing style. It's fun and funny and yet also insightful. It's easy to read a whole piece and not click away or get distracted. That's a gift. (Sometimes I feel like I've lost the attention span to immerse myself in someone else's writing so thanks for that too.)

I did not anticipate him becoming so handsome. This update picture really shook me and made me so happy. I could have chosen it for today's joy because it made me so happy.

Hahahahaha! I love chihuahuas. They're small and you'd think that would make them less ferocious seeming but they have zero concept of size! They are galaxy sized and fierce and protective and I love them. My first doggo was a chihuahua. I will always love her.

Yes! Keeping my ears warm really helps. I wish I could find my fingerless gloves. I like my arms out from under the covers but it's too cold for that. I've organized myself into not knowing where they are. Maybe I'll give it one more look...

They sure do. Furiosa first came to cuddle with me, after two years of not even letting me touch her, the night my mother died. I was crying and she came and laid with a thud against my back, heavy and purring. I couldn't believe it and I'll never forget it. She's turned into a good friend to me.
