In the OASIS-4 phase 3 trial involving women taking endocrine therapy for HR-positive breast cancer, elinzanetant (a neurokinin-targeted therapy) significantly reduced the frequency of moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms. Full trial results: nej.md/3FnKwU7

I had dinner with two retired Canadian Border services folks yesterday. They spent decades of their careers in the agency. I asked them if they would feel safe enough to cross the border into the US this summer. Their response, in unison: hell no.
Canada has shown the world how to stand up to the gangster regime.
The United States is losing $12.5 billion in travel as Trump turns them into an international pariah.
