When I say without any fudged dice rolls, I mean it. I was fully ready to tip the odds in the kiddos' favor if I needed to, and Rose and Raven were also standing by with some pretty powerful spells prepared, just in case, but they managed without help 😊

I do think that the ecological damage argument against genAI is not sufficient on it's own, especially when we just let pass all sorts of other egregious problems, like the carbon footprint of vacation cruise liners.
You also have to pair it with "it doesn't work and only loses money."

I can't imagine why a company that has gone all in on investing in AI would say 1/3 of their work is done by the hallucinating wrongness machine. It certainly couldn't be a total lie.
