Bans and suspensions on this app have never been about the TOS, and I can live with that, but they aren’t applied equally.

Instead the vague enough language of the TOS is weaponised against users from marginalised communities to ban them for being too loud about any of this.

His appeal is denied. He will remain permanently banned on BlueSky’s side.
