And when we feel good we increase the likelihood of repeated growth. I hope to see more digital badges become OPEN digital badges with the metadata baked into them. That way, they feel good AND create more transparency for career skills! #EduSkyChat

Right? I actually made mini-buttons for an in-person event to scknowledge their compmetencies in real time. It was super cool to see professionals pinning their recognition to their lanyards with big smiles on their faces! #EduSkyChat

I also find that there's confusion around digital credential vocabulary. Which word do you use when? And does it mean what we want it to mean? I worked with IMS Global (Now 1EdTech) back in 2020 to redesign openbadges.org for this exact purpose!! #EduSkyChat

I've earned and issued open badges in Badgelist, Badgr (now owned by Instructure), and Credly to name a few. It made good sense to choose an issuer that integrated with Canvas since our PL happened in there #EduSkyChat What about you ?
