Here's a bit of outdated art to celebrate, from the original release of the concept pilot

A Halloween treat instead of a trick

This is a painting of Kadin before I adjusted his design to suit his new VA earlier this year.

Very dark painting. There is a crack of light shining through what could be a door and it drapes across the face neck and shoulder of the character featured. In the painting there are three different figures. The one on the left is a creature named Crowe. He resembles a wolf mixed with a large raptor. He has glowing slided eyes and ate a device behind his ears which connects to Kadin. Despite his large toothy mouth being open he is licking Kadin's cheek In the middle is Kadin, one of the four main characters of Cauterized. The eye Kaden has that is in the light is a honey brown but the eye that is in the shadows seems to be a glowing blue. He has a saint smile and appears to be holding up his finger as if to silence someone. On the side of his face is a healed gloss scar. On his neck is a burnt handprints are. On his right temple is a device that allows him to communicate with the two creatures. On the far right is the last creature named Raven. You can only see her muzzle though you can tell she is smaller than Crowe

Here's the difference between the very first draft and the newest version
