The video portrays the repetitive nature of the work and the adverse effect it has on the body and mind. The work shift revolves around picking up and delivering orders while answering weird phone calls.

For the @iclaimeu.bsky.social Netherlands exhibition in the Utrecht University Library, Tanasă has created a video work titled ‘Home. Delivered.’ which follows the delivery shift of an unnamed, masked character who carries a large boulder on their back around Utrecht.

Through usage of various masks and costumed characters, his practice deals with themes of migrant identity, belonging, masculinity and memory. All of his works draw upon personal experiences and events. His main mediums are video, performance and illustration.

We’re thrilled to announce that Centrala has been awarded funding from @youthmusic.bsky.social’s Catalyser Fund to deliver a brand-new, two-year youth music programme supporting Birmingham’s queer and working-class young people involved in the city’s heavy and alternative music scene.

The social unrest has continued into this year and we are still fighting against it. We aim to stand together, bringing together migrant and non migrant communities to stand against hate, promote dialogue and celebrate diversity.

This gig was the culmination of the first phase of Under the Same Sky, our anti-racism campaign that we created in response to the racist riots in the summer of 2024 and the social divisions that they created.
