It can be that, yes. Or it can prompt a reminder of a procedure you learned but haven't used in a while. Maybe you just forgot where to go to get started and can proceed from there. #LearnChat

I think the feedback part is what's most often missing from learning in the flow of work. You may succeed in accomplishing a task, but not entirely understand why. Makes it less likely for the behavior to stick. #LearnChat
