I have somewhat solved the "a little too pink" problem by drowning him in blue wash.
An OZ-06MS Leo Space Type from Gundam Assemble that is closer to the classic Purple/Dark Purple coloration because a bunch of dark blue wash was used to darken the pinkish purple base color.

One of these came out just about perfect, the other did not. I love both of my exploding sons equally though.

I got to see it at Yokohama in March of 2023. We managed to line up a visit with friends with what was originally slated to be the last month it was open. It was an absolute feat of engineering, I'm really sad to see it go (again).

Note to self: If you have gotten a watch fully assembled and *then* you notice a fingerprint on the inside of the crystal, *do not* disassemble it to clean it. Putting it back together nearly killed me because I am too clumsy for this.

I've been having fun (read: slowly going insane) learning how to modify watches.

What #battletech paint job are you most proud of?

"Rocinante", a Hussar that is piloted by someone who is certainly not a Don Quixote knockoff.

Today in "stupid things I want to spend money on", we have #LowerDecks themed boxes for Commander decks.
Card boxes for games like Magic the Gathering that are printed to look like Star Trek Lower Decks characters. They come in a storage box that is printed like a Lower Decks shuttle. Featured in the box are Ensigns Mariner, Boimler, Rutherford, and Tendi as well as Lt Shax, Dr. T'ana, Lt Commander Ransom, and Captain Freeman.

I played the first game of the "Star Trek: Into the Unknown" campaign past the intro mission, resulting in a *very* narrow Federation victory. I'm really loving the way the mechanics tell a story, it's a very fun space ship game!
The setup for the scenario, featuring three systems and two ships per side. The end of turn 2 The end of turn three, in which the Jem'Hadar Battlecruiser has definitely not rammed the USS Enterprise D. The end of the game, in which the Federation has just barely scraped by with a win.

The weirdest thing about going back to play RuneScape as an adult is realizing how bad at the game I was as a kid. I beat every F2P quest in like a month but kid me never managed to kill a dragon.
