The fact that those art phishing ao3 comments seem to target fics in small fandoms, and thus authors who don't get a lot of comments to begin with, is just the icing on the shit cake. WDYM I got two "comments" on tmfu fics and they were both spam goddammit 😠

Wait this is absolutely not the case for my Libby or my Apple Books app lol. If I change the font size, the page count goes up (I just checked to make sure). That's why I enter storygraph page tracking by % instead of page counts. But what you said IS true for the NetGalley app, I just never noticed
