That is the finance lease spend (by Amazon, but I didn't actually look up my post). The spend we can't see is the spend with CoreWeave et al. MSFT bought up a lot of the neocloud capacity.

UPDATE: Amazon is now breaking out CAPEX by segment on a quarterly basis. AWS spent $16.043B in Q2, so only 52% of company CAPEX spend. That is down 22% from Q1, up 25% from a year ago. 🚨🚨🚨
