Today’s workspace. I’m building an app to help people structure stories, across all formats and genres. And then to flip formats, say, from Feature to Microdrama. I’ve spent my life studying story: structure, character, conflict, plot, tension, resolution and ambiguity. It’s called Story Arkitect.

And there it is. Me and a bunch of other journalists and thinkers and civil society activists have been banging this drum since at least 2014. I practically bankrupted my family making films about it. But we’re here now, and it’s not going back in 4yrs. America lost the asymmetric war with Russia.

This week I worked with high level Japanese gov folks on a #GenAI project, booked more AI gov projects across 5 European countries for January + finished generating all the video for our new series Raynmaker. Then last night I dreamed up a cracking #AI comedy series. Thank god it’s the weekend!
