I’m back in our forward operating kitchen. Who knows how much time Zaporizhzhya is going to hold. Maybe a year maybe 10 maybe a few months? I remember going to Krym every year for tennis tournaments in the 90s and 00s. I remember GRAD MLRS hitting outskirts of Mariupol when I worked there….

Why does this always happen before MY Sunday shift at the ramen shop?) you could have done it any other day or when I was on rotation but no! Feels like favoritism ruzzia. Completely unexpected. Oh well. Sleep or no sleep - ramen has to be served today.

Off to setup a new bootcamp kitchen in the morning. I stoped watching the news. If world governments can’t pull their weight, our army will have to suck it up and double down on defense. Civilians as well as the global community who don’t want to see ruzzian peace will have to chip in. Link in bio
