who scheduled a meeting on the day before Thanksgiving? and this afternoon there is literally another, smaller meeting to discuss what happened in the first meeting. All this and I have to finish editing a document by the end of the day that is going out to all the branch managers. #frogposting

Wow, everyone wants to get everything done this morning so they can basically clear out the already short week. I do not like being in meetings all Monday as soon as I log in.

Slow start to try and get moving today. I'm really low energy, so I'm going to try and see if I can build up enough steam pressure. Doing something different with my coffee and adding a little cinnamon and vanilla to it. Let's see if this works.

Things are calming down, but there is the background of tension and uncertainty. Seems to be the story of my life. Positive things going on recently, but the big issues of health for myself and family, especially my father, are taking center stage.

I got today off work because of the holiday. It is a nice bonus especially considering a couple busy things happening the next couple days.

I woke up tired, but I think I'll be ok. Somehow.
Hopefully the weirdness at work is settled down. Now I can finally get to projects due two weeks ago that were on hold due to emergency priority stuff.
And tomorrow is a holiday, so I get to sleep tomorrow too!
