Switched things up at the pool this morning. Instead of a 2k swim then 200m walk, which starts the limping, 1k swim, then walking and swim another 1k. Swimming definitely helps my back realign. Limped into the pool and walked out more perfectly ok ❤️

Switched things up at the pool this morning. Instead of a 2k swim then 200m walk, which starts the limping, 1k swim, then walking and swim another 1k. Swimming definitely helps my back realign. Limped into the pool and walked out more perfectly ok ❤️
Morning. That wind is wild. Woke me at 4am with everyone's bins mounting an escape down the road 😂😂 it's really open where I live, sounds like my windows are going in 😁 My new daily regime is 2k, 200m walk and 200 water crunches. Fingers crossed less pain later 🤞

Hard morning at the pool. Reduced my water walk to just 200m from 400m. Need to build up slowly, gain muscle before increasing. Even 200m has left me in pain. Had to limp home. Tomorrow should be better ❤️
