Is it at all possible for specialists within HR, the CSD team, my District Manager, and maybe others to collaborate in a way that can accommodate my needs?

I would like to keep the legal name in the system the same, but change the email. This typically involves creating a new email, and setting up auto-redirect from the original email to the newly created email.

I plan on leading my store's mobile department for years with my team's help, and this is an accommodation that will allow me to use my email to communicate with my sales representatives and my district manager without feeling deep emotional pain.

I understand that for legal reasons, my name cannot be changed in the system. I don't personally mind that, I understand completely.

My District Manager, J-- --------, and my previous District Manager, R--- --------, accepted me for who I am and they've both helped me so much to grow into the Lead I am today.

I'm thankful to the Support team for changing my Display Name. I'm also extremely thankful for my District Managers who have helped me feel welcome as part of the team at [our company].

I hope you are having a wonderful day. It was brought to my attention you were looking for your information to be updated in our system. Unfortunately, without legally updating your name and providing the updated ID's we would not be able to make any changes in our system.
