This has been my stance for a while as well, but I had hoped that this one time with everything in their favor that they'd stand their ground. Trump was losing favorability, he was choosing to starve Americans which the courts rebuked him on and the holiday flights were applying more pressure.

The problem with fascist regimes is that unless you take a stand early they only get worse. What was happening to SNAP recipients was terrible, but the lower courts were forcing trump to pay.

I'm doing the same for my senators this morning and they weren't part of the vote. As far as im concerned the whole senate is responsible unless they push a vote to get Schumer to step down
