I really don't get the issue with #dotnet apt repo on ubuntu
`dotnet-install.sh -Channel STS` installs 9.0.306
Apt gives you 9.0.111 still

If UseCurrentRuntimeIdentifier is set to false and PublishReadyToRun true it'll still push the single runtime image. I guess the list under the cur setting is every option that would stop multitargetted publishing working

jesus; all it took was clearing everything out of bin; removing alpine; purging dotnet from the system because ubuntu was on 9.0.108 which was before multitargeting was enabled, hitting repeatedly with a rock and it finally works.
