Also where in our legal code do we have laws regarding coveting someone's belongings or adultery? That leaves murder, stealing, and lying (perjury). And our Constitution and BOR hardly center on these.
Monuments and posters are about an agenda not history of law or "founding of America".

I'm sick of the discussion that the Ten Commandments are the basis of our legal system. 4 of the 10 are literally about God themselves and their holy day. One is about your parents. The other 5 are hardly original to the Bible and were part of legal codes long predating the Isrealites.

If they wrote such a thing the GOP would set fire to anything the Democrats touched after that for the same reason we tried to sound the alarm on project 2025. "Controlled by outsiders", "is a rulebook for ending democracy", "it's a guidebook on setting up a dictator" etc.
