My sisters-in-law got them and the the most recent charges (1.5 years ago) were still lower (in $CAD, too) than what’s mentioned in this thread

I understand that ticketing a vehicle is just the cost of doing business and it’s passed on to customers, but it’s also costing people’s lives. That’s where the pushback to your comment is coming from

I understand the point you’re trying to make all along. The reason you should care about parking in a bike lane is that it’s much more dangerous for a cyclist to go around the parked vehicle and into traffic than if they were riding in the traffic lane to begin (as risky as that is as well)
