This is an underrated holiday classic. In layers of Oscar winning makeup, Jim Carrey's performance as the Grinch is hilarious unlike Mike Myers' awful Cat in the Hat. Also, the sets and costumes really bring Dr. Seuss's world to life. 8/10

The man who was the chariot captain in #thetencommandments was the film's associate producer, Henry Wilcoxon. He had starred in films from Cecil B. DeMille before, including "Cleopatra" (1934) and "Samson and Delilah" (1949). One of his last roles was in the classic golf comedy "Caddyshack".

Love Batcher a lot. Makes me think of my sister-in-law's pitbull, Hemi. She's a great dog and my nephews love her. She's also very quiet. Almost never barks.
