Yes, this is 100% my landlord's legal responsibility. He's negligent and unreachable.
My pipes are frozen now. My only choice is to pay the $2,800 for the emergency repair myself and fight him later, or sit in a freezing house with no water. I don't have the luxury of waiting.

If 20 people donate $20, I can order groceries tomorrow and stock my kitchen for two weeks.
My food situation is critical. I'm completely out of food, hungry, freezing, and in severe pain. The stress and pain are overwhelming, and I can't stop crying. I urgently need to get groceries today. Any mutual aid helps me eat. Thank you.
