Why did Mario Kart 8 and perhaps even Mario Kart World lack these scenes that I personally loved watching after each race? It adds to the overall Mario Kart charm. Now in 8, all we get is a lame 3D animated cup. Anyone else miss these scenes?

Watch Toad and tell me he isn't a cheater... Last I checked, there's no teleportation item in Mario Kart 64...
