I've since been told the Pikmin are all for my son. The Bowser I bought because I went on a tirade about how I think they'll make a Ganon Lego set so I needed Bowser to join him.

This has happened to me twice and I feel your pain. Hopefully you'll have an auto repairer that can get parts in sooner rather than later.

3) Concert goes for 2.5 hours, absolutely great concert. My mate gets a phone call and has to go see him mum straight after so I call my dad to get a lift back home. While I'm waiting for him to come I hung out with some other people who went to the concert. Some rando comes out of Civic Theatre..

2) I get there and he ducks into the restaurant next door for a quick drink while I'm looking at the merch stand. Someone approaches me and asks if they can ask me my thoughts on Weird Al, then asks if they can take my photo because they're from the Newcastle Herald. Now I'm in the paper lol.

1) mate of mine rings up to tell me his girlfriend broke up with him. I tell him I'm sorry to hear etc and he says "that's ok I just need someone to come to Weird Al with me tonight." I accept the ticket and he drives me to Newcastle an hour later.
