Oh I get the fee part gets charged to him, but the CC processor he was using, I know it was a flat fee for the complex that was NOT 2% of even just my unit's rent. Hence, 🖕and you still get checks.

Last place I rented finally started taking online payments, but the fee to do so was 2% of your rent. Big ol middle finger to the landlord on that one.
