For the past four years I've been involved in the Cardiff Christmas dinner; an initiative that ensures care experienced young people in the #Cardiff area have a place to celebrate on Christmas day. I'm hosting an awareness event and fundraiser next week and would love to see this shared widely!

I'm running an event on the 4th of December to raise money & awareness of the Cardiff Christmas dinner. The dinner is in its 4th year & enables care experienced young people (who might not have had a place to go) to have an amazing Christmas day. If mutuals could share, I'd be very appreciative!

Day 7- I secured funding for my own research project! I was really glad of the opportunity; I just wish that it hadn't taken place during Covid, as there were so many additional challenges! The summary of the findings are in the following images but can be found online as well.

Day 6- I've presented at several conferences! I really enjoyed the World Anti-Bullying Forum that took place in Dublin in 2019! I presented some of the findings from my PhD!

Day 5- I climbed Pen-Y-Fan! Considering previous attempts in hiking ended in abject failure, this was quite an accomplishment. I’d love to see more of Wales like this!
