I know not every TV critic is familiar with the trappings of the romance genre, but I’m tired of the implication that sex can’t be an important plot driver for individual and shared character development.
but this? shut the fuck up. guess what, my man, gorgeous young 22 year olds like to fuck. And queer people deserve love stories that are sexy and horny. a "chaste kiss" please be for real.

I also saw five new-to-me films including Eddington (better than Beau Is Afraid), Beverly Hills Cop (loved it), and The Roses (Colman and Cumberbatch are fantastic). I wish DeVito’s The War of the The Roses was streaming. #LastFourWatched
