Not to doompost anymore but a) it didn't work at all and b) i'm unable to focus on anything for longer than a few minutes, and it's driving me insane
I'm a seasoned anxiety-haver, but the last 4-to-5-ish days have been ridiculous. Hours go by with nothing, then it hits like a train.
Hope screaming into the void helps me feel something better than dread or hopelessness. It won't, but I have nothing else to do!
