Well after 4 years it’s time to say goodbye to this AKG mic. It was a nice little cheaper way to get a serious mic for commentating but now I need something a little bit more as I’ve found myself just not getting the sound I’ve wanted from it recently

Everytime I finish a concert my first thought nowadays is “I’m too old for this”. But ofc that’s because all my body aches. But the fun with friends, when waiting in line and when next to each other during a show, and not just the ones I know the ones I meet for the first time. That’s the magic

Dad has passed away. After a long bout with Parkinson’s dementia he took his last breath in his sleep.
He’s happy, he’s pain free and peaceful, mum and I are doing ok. We’ve already let out a lot of emotion beforehand and now we were able to say our goodbyes
Rest in Peace Dad, thank you ❤️

I will say, one race did give me this insane rant. This is everything they typed out after crashing out, our old team mate typed every line out and made it one long sentence so sorry it’s hard to read.

Facebook has been advertising me "The Sports Commentators", a website where you can buy prints of notes or stat sheets created by Commentators of the sport. With F1 they have Crofty and Harry Benjamin's notes (including Ben Edwards Suzuka 1996). Its insane how each man does their notes! #F1

Finally this deck is completed. First time I’ve “made” a deck for EDH, granted I did look at other brews and tweaked it for my own gameplay

This comment on the iracing forums about GenAI scares me. Most of us know that AI is basically stealing peoples work (art, music, commentary, etc), and this is someone who believes that AI is the way forward because humans have stolen in the past.
