Yes just one shader. Thank you :)

I do each exercise in a set for 40 seconds each, and then the next round it'a for 30, and then the final round 20. I repeat for each set.

I just looked around on YouTube till I found a workout I liked, so there may be other formats 😊

The vfx were the hardest as I wanted them to match the 'flatter' look. I tried to lean into the more exaggerated proportions in the older art. 😄
