PCC got 32% overall, 1% more than 2023, however almost 10% lower than the national average, I.e. they are towards the bottom of the pack 👎🏻

The current Bill includes a duty for health but there is no equivalent duty or weighting
for climate action and nature recovery. This risks leaving national targets detached from local delivery.
