Last night, Climate United & other GGRF awardees filed a rehearing petition, appealing the recent decision from a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court. The petition argues that the panel erred in its ruling by dismissing Constitutional and APA claims, which warrants review by the full court.

🚨 BREAKING: U.S. Court of Appeals just ruled in favor of EPA's efforts to claw back billions of GGRF dollars that were legally obligated and disbursed last year.

This is another hurdle in our fight to lower energy costs for the families and hardworking Americans who need it most.

“Energy efficiency has been part of CPC’s approach for decades. It keeps rents down. It provides much better air quality and health outcomes. It creates resilience against storms. And yes, it addresses getting carbon out of the atmosphere.” - Sadie McKeown

BREAKING: The House just passed the budget bill, which will increase the cost of electricity & kill millions of good paying jobs while slashing critical infrastructure investments, making communities more vulnerable & taking money out of the pockets of hardworking Americans that can least afford it.

After 30 years in operation, the modules are expected to produce more than 95% of the electricity they produced on their first day. The thousands of panels for this project were manufactured in Ohio, supporting local jobs and American innovation.

That means they can invest more in students, teachers, community programs, & critical infrastructure.

The Native Village of Port Heiden is facing an extreme energy crisis. Just as affordable and reliable clean energy through the GGRF was within reach, the EPA illegally froze the funds — leaving Port Heiden and many communities like theirs in the dark.
This Alaska Native fishing village was trying to power their town. Then came Trump's funding cuts.
Port Heiden is facing an energy crisis. A $300,000 grant from the EPA would have helped the community swap polluting diesel for cheaper, clean power.
