Two weeks after seeding, the wild beets for @projectpro-wild.bsky.social are sprouting at @bokuvienna.bsky.social Tulln. 🌱 Check out the vibrant red stalks – this is due to the action of betacyanins, the same pigments that give red beets their beautiful colour.
