Easily done, I think diets naturally start relaxing over time and every now and then you just gotta kick yourself up the butt to get back on track, I know I need to xD

Yeah it’s an absolute killer for the core, I also do sit-ups (hanging from my legs and hollow body holds.
I wouldn’t underestimate hollow body holds as they possibly burn more than the other two combined X.X

I’ve thought about trying them but haven’t gotten around to it yet, might have to give them a try, tbh I just need to get earlier nights and less screen time xD

Dragon flags are pretty much the only impressive thing I can do yet though, and it took like 18 months to learn

I’m always like this because of work/poor sleep, so I have to push through it, lack of quality sleep is the biggest thing holding me back from decent gains and lower body fat, so I really need to sort that out >.<
A workout buddy would be helpful hehe, but I only do callisthenics now, not weights
