For those that don’t know German, “Sieg Heil” translates to “Hail Victory”. Musk made his Roman/Italian Fascist/German Nazi salute to thank the crowd for the MAGA victory. Don’t let anyone get away with saying Musk was just thanking the crowd for the victory. It’s literally the victory salute.
