@aislingswaine.bsky.social and @cjnicoson.bsky.social's paper questions how ‘continuum of violence’ helps understand violence against women in studying conflict and gender. They aim to enhance clarity on the meaning and use of continuums and explore implications of this for the #WPS agenda.

The paper shared preliminary research from the @erc.europa.eu project, using phenomenology to extend our understanding of women's lived experience of fear, threat and harm between coercive control in intimate relationships and wider social control strategies of non-state armed actors.
