This is 100% a real thing in Utah, Idaho, and Arizona. I think it’s all the Scandinavian pioneer ancestors getting there early and having 2-3 generations by themselves until non-Mormons got to Utah

In South America the natural remedy is to put a few branches of eucalyptus leaves under your bed. I dunno how scientific it is but honestly it helped a lot for me.
Also: it’s super annoying but it’s not as bad as it seems. You got this. 👊🏼
