Apparently there's a sunrise... every single morning??

Just went through all 633 sound effects on my computer, slowly collected over the last couple years as a #videoEditor.

Amalgamated, trimmed down, sorted, tagged ✅

Have yet to figure out a naming system, but that’s a project for another day.

Wrote this a little while ago about my relationship with my laptop and phone :)
Resist the urge to open the lid, to turn on the screen, to enter the password, to watch just one more, to tap the notification, to check the number, to compare the number, to open the apps that claim they connect us, to scroll one more time, one last time, and far too many times. If I can resist, some pathways will grow stronger and others weaker, and eventually, if I refrain enough, when I reach the intersection again, the path of impulse will be overgrown, unlike the path of conscious objection to my subconscious whim that has no care for fulfillment and every care for the rush of instant and hollow satisfaction.
