The implications for this judgement for the Palestine Action arrestees and other innocents, such as pensioners who dare to wear t-shirts or carry placards, were incalculable.

This was as I predicted it ages ago. The "technical error" was a miraculous godsend that allowed the government and legal system a way out that minimised self harm.

Those who talk about a two-state solution need to finally realise that that ship sailed and sank long ago. The world needs a one-state solution, and that state needs to be Palestine.
