Well the joke's on you as when we were both in West Virginia I stole your wallet, so this is the second thing I will have ever taken from you. But yeah, this looks fantastic -- I'll have to check it out!

I think the original is half concept/half action. Legacy leaned too hard into the concept and didn't offer any meaningful connection to the original. Ares leans far into the action/fun part of the original. It has just enough Matrix and Blade Runner concepts updated with current AI tones.

Don't get me wrong -- the original is a classic and Legacy had some deep concepts, but in regards to a fun action flick, Ares beats them both. Legacy is great if you want to debate creationism and so forth and Ares is great if you wanna see light cycles zipping in and out of freeway traffic...

Oh, the original, by far. I thought TRON: Ares was similar to the original with all the boring parts cut out. The original is a classic but it has the pacing of a 70s sci-fi film. Ares has the pacting of a 2020s action flick.

Someone suggested I get a sensor to detect when the hot water heater leaks. I looked it up and they sell ones that will text you and set off an audible alarm for $15. Thank goodness they don't just add that to water heaters because why would anyone ever nee-- oh.
